Restructure website sections #12

This PR restructures the website sections into:

Home (short intro, and links to other sections)
Getting started (targeted at everyone and helps one decide if the Aeon platform is for them)
User guide (targeted at people who want to use the Aeon packages)
Contributor guide (targeted at Aeon packages code contributors)
Reference (information-oriented, theoretical knowledge)
About (detailed description of Aeon)

More details in #3 (comment).

To-do:

Rebase after Check and update external URLs #11 is merged, as this PR is branched off it.
